Relevant Experience
Prior to joining Dulwich College in August 2022 Michelle established and led Media departments in Australian secondary schools, primarily at Xavier College, Melbourne and most recently at Kardinia International College where she was also IB DP CAS Coordinator. As well as teaching IB Film, VCE Media, Photography and English to secondary school students, Michelle was a Victorian Certificate of Education exam writer and assessor. A published author of curriculum resources for the Australian Teachers of Media, she has had extensive involvement in professional development for educators and the exhibition of exemplary student media productions. Michelle loves seeing students express their individuality and explore their creative potential via different media forms.
Beyond the classroom, Michelle enjoys swimming, photography, supporting independent cinema, exploring podcasts and live music.
