Relevant Experience

Andrew joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in August 2016. Andrew embarked on his international teaching career starting at the Mt. Kenya Academy and Nairobi International School in Kenya. In 2012 he was selected as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Miami. While pursuing his Masters of Music in Music Education at the University of Miami he assisted in teaching freshman courses as well as starting a strings program at a local primary school. After completing his Masters degree Andrew taught at an international school in Singapore as the Head of Music.

In addition to Andrew's teaching experiences he has participated in many performance opportunities playing cello. While at the University of Miami Andrew was selected as a cellist for the Henry Mancini Institute Orchestra and had the privilege of recording and performing with artists such as Bobby McFerrin, Chick Corea, Mark O'Connor, Gloria Estefan, Dave Grusin and Ladysmyth Black Mambazo.

Andrew is an avid rock climber, and so far has rock climbed in seven different countries.
