Brett joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in August 2016. He taught a range of primary school ages at his previous school, Cockington Primary School, in Torquay, England. Brett has also held the roles of Computer Science Leader and Teacher Governor, during which he was responsible for implementing the new Computer Science curriculum, staff Computer Science training, overseeing the technology aspects of a school new build and assisting the transfer first to an Academy, and later a Multi-Academy Trust. Brett has a keen interest in all forms of new technology and in running a variety of technology based extra-curricular clubs.
Prior to commencing his teaching career Brett worked for many years in the finance industry and is passionate about ensuring children learn financial management skills from an early age.
He is joined in Singapore by his wife and two young daughters. Outside of school, Brett can usually be found as close to water as he can get, either sailing, jet skiing, surfing, paddle boarding or diving.
