Relevant Experience
Michaela joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in August 2018. Prior to this she taught in Year 3 for three years in a large multicultural primary school in East London. Throughout her time there she enjoyed taking on different leadership responsibilities such as Year 3 leader, NQT mentor, and PSCE subject co-ordinator. She also completed her NPQML middle leader qualification and achieved a nationally recognised award for raising the profile of anti-bullying in my school. For the last two years Michaela has enjoyed teaching Year 2 in a rural infant school in Hampshire, England, and taking on new leadership roles whilst also becoming the staff governor.
Outside of school, she enjoys travelling, running, walking her dog, and spending time with her family.
