Relevant Experience

Nicolas joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in August 2017. He has worked in both the north and south of England and has built up an extensive body of experience in both the state and private sectors during this time. Before joining Dulwich, he has held many responsibilities including: Head of House (both day and boarding), Assistant Head of KS3, Head of Year, CAS Coordinator and STEM Coordinator. Nicolas has experience of teaching Design and Technology at GCSE, A-level and IB and has also coached and run senior football and rugby teams as well as the fencing activity at school, as a qualified fencing instructor.

Nicolas has organised and led numerous service trips around the world, working in tandem with the Good Works Foundation and local community leaders, to deliver rewarding experiences for young people. Projects that he has helped lead include building a community centre and IT suite, as well as helping to establish a local counselling service in a township in Philippolis, South Africa.

Outside of school, Nicolas has a passion for sport and travelling. He has represented a number of rugby and football teams at junior and senior level. Nicolas also, more recently, ran the 2017 London Marathon to raise money for, and awareness of, the Surrey Care Trust.
