Membership of the Heads conference (HMC) confirmed!
We have received lots of good news this week as a College, amongst the other awards mentioned elsewhere, we were also confirmed as full members of The Heads' Conference in the UK (HMC). After an inspection visit last month by two experienced Heads, one from the UK and one from a large and prestigious International School. We received a very positive report with lots of strengths highlighted and confirmation of our membership. This places the College alongside some of the finest and oldest educational institutions in the UK and across the world and provides a number of benefits for our community. A very important one for us is that HMC membership provides us with strong advocacy and connections with key educational bodies, including exam boards and sports bodies, so we can advocate for our students and families. There are also a number of good quality professional development opportunities provided only to members. In concert with our FOBISIA and COBIS associations, this is a significant strengthening of our external partnerships.
