In principle, all Personal Data will be stored within the legal jurisdiction in which it is collected. In order to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to serve you, we may share Personal Data with members of the Dulwich College International Group and other Recipients (defined below) which are located in the United Kingdom, United States, Singapore, China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), Republic of Korea, Republic of the Union of Myanmar and other jurisdictions in which the Recipients have operations, as well as universities and other educational institutions of the students’ choice at their respective locations. We will only share and transfer Personal Data as is necessary, as subject to this Privacy Policy and will require these Recipients provide such Personal Data a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that under the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Dulwich school operate.

“Recipients” may include but are not limited to: educational institutions, educational service providers, performing arts institutions, arts organisations, sport organisations, professionals (individuals as well as organisations) involved in teaching and learning at a Dulwich school, university counseling service providers, data analysis service providers, co-curricular service providers, school trip and travel providers, advertising service providers, product suppliers and service providers which the Dulwich school may inform you of.

Managing Your Personal Data

If you wish to access or modify your Personal Data, or to request us to delete your Personal Data in accordance with provisions of applicable laws and regulations, you can reach us via the contact information in this Privacy Policy to access, modify or delete your Personal Data. We may require you to provide proof of identification to verify you have the right to make such a request.
