Year 2 Co-Curricular Activities
In DUCKS, students in Year 2 are eligible to sign-up for CCAs. CCA registration is done through a platform called SchoolsBuddy. You will receive detailed information on how to register your child for CCAs at the beginning of the academic year.

CCA Seasons
CCAs run on an annual calendar with two seasons. Season 1 starts on 23 September 2024. When you receive access to the registration system and registrations open, we encourage parents to complete registrations for both seasons.

Lunchtime and After School CCAs

Lunchtime CCAs - These runs during lunchtime from 12:30 pm to 1:00pm. Please note only one lunchtime CCA will be allocated.
- After School CCA - These usually run after school from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm. We run a bus service for these regular CCAs. Some CCAs end after 4:45 p.m. For these late CCAs, we do not run a bus service (see below for details on CCA bus services).
Students are encouraged to engage in just one lunchtime enrichment programme per season. This is to ensure fairness among all students and to afford them a balanced allocation of playtime during lunch breaks.
CCA Allocations
We endeavour to allocate all students their first choice of CCAs. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee this due to size limitations and the popularity of some CCAs. We thank parents for their understanding.
CCAs are allocated based on several factors;
- Preferred choice
- Previous enrolments - We want to encourage new participation
- Breadth of strands - We want to encourage students participation across different types of CCAs
CCAs Bus Services
Only students who are existing two-way riders and PM bus riders are eligible for a CCA bus.
The CCA bus service is only for CCAs that end by 4.45pm, in time for the 5.00pm departure from the College. The CCA bus service is only eligible for students from Year 2 and above. Year 1 students are to be picked up by a parent or guardian as per College protocol.
There will be no CCA bus services for CCAs that end after 4.45pm.
