Relevant Experience
After completing her University degree Caroline started her teaching career in Special Needs in an Infant Early Learning and Development School in Hong Kong. She then went on to complete her PGCE which led her on to teaching Year 4 and 5 in a Primary International School, also in Hong Kong, for five years. During this time she became Head of Science.
After a short career break to start a family Caroline opened her own Rising 3s Toddler Playgroup. Following this, she then chose to go back into mainstream education and joined Kellett Primary School, Hong Kong. Caroline worked at Kellett, teaching all age groups from Reception to Year 6, for twelve years. Whilst at Kellett she also spent time as Head of Inclusion.
Caroline enjoys keeping fit and loves travelling, reading and cooking. She joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in August 2019.
