Student Leadership Programme

Purpose

Leadership is a key aspect of everything we do at Dulwich College (Singapore) - in the classroom, on the sports field, co-curricular activities, serving in the community and in the Arts. At Dulwich College (Singapore), we encourage all students to develop and demonstrate the qualities and characteristics of effective leaders. Our Student Leadership Programme is designed to encourage students to take responsbility, develop a breadth of practical, interpersonal and transferrable skills and to cultivate the leadership potential of our students to its fullest. We believe that student leaders have an impact on the school by motivating others, and collaborating with their teams and peers to continually improve the school. Our aim is to help students acquire and hone their leadership attributes with the confidence and resilience required to traverse our ever-changing and complex world.
