Relevant Experience
Hoa joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in 2020 after working for two years as a volunteer in the College's swim programme.
Before moving to Singpaore, Hoa was Head Coach of the Hanoi Sport Training Centre for eight years where she ran the coaching programme for the Vietnam Paralympic swimming team. This role involved planning and preparation for international competitions, including taking athletes to the World Championships, the ASEAN Para games and the South East Asia games, where her swimmers were successful in medalling.
Alongside her work with the Hanoi Sport Training Centre, Hoa ran the Duong Swim School in Hanoi with her sister. They specialised in early years learn-to-swim classes, and had lessons running for students from 3 years of age, up to adult classes.
