Relevant Experience
Laura joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in August 2024. Following her passion for cooking and baking, Laura interned at Rhubarb Le Restaurant during her final year in school where she took on the pastry and cold appetizers section alongside the Head Chef. After her internship, Laura started her own baking business providing desserts as well as being a guest instructor at a private club teaching children to make various desserts based on the theme of the week. Before following a career in food, Laura was a hockey coach and a relief Physical Education Teacher in a local school.
In her free time Laura enjoys playing hockey, reading, and collecting dessert plates.
