- Specialist Diploma in Teaching and Learning, National Institute of Education, Singapore
Tahirah joined Dulwich College (Singapore) team in August 2021 as an Assistant Teacher in Junior School. Tahirah worked for eight years in a local primary school, working closely with students who were at risk academically. To help these children, with the support of the school leaders, she led an after-school programme with a team of allied educators and teachers. The aim of the project was to engage these academically at-risk children in positive activities so that they would find joy in learning. Tahirah is committed to working closely with children and their parents in order to help them grow and develop.
Outside of work, Tahirah loves experimenting in the kitchen with various ingredients and cooking for her family. She also enjoys long walks with her son and doing art and crafts with her nephew.
