Relevant Experience
Victor joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in August 2025 after 12 years in Brisbane, Australia, where he taught Mathematnics, Science, and Physics across Years 7–12 in a diverse secondary school setting. He served as Subject Coordinator for Year 7 Mathematics and taught senior Specialist Mathematics, supporting students to strive for excellence while catering to a broad range of learning needs.
Victor is passionate about student agency and creates dynamic, high-expectations classrooms that promote deep, conceptual understanding. Beyond the classroom, he has actively contributed to the wider school community by leading co-curricular activities.
Outside of teaching, Victor enjoys running, cooking , and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
