Relevant Experience
Winson joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in January 2023. After coaching many years of Learn to Swim, he moved on to teach Competitive Swimming and Para Swimming. Winson is a NROC Master Coach and has NCAP Level 3 and ASCA Level 2 qualifications and is also a Fitness Leader and Personal Trainer with FISAF. He has been involved with the National Stroke Camps developed swimmers to top 10 finishes at the National Age Group Championships and medalists at the National Schools Swimming Championships. Winson also led Team Singapore Para swimmers to compete at the INAS Global Games Brisbane 2019.
Outside of school Winson enjoys gym and high intensity workouts and has a passion for travel and discovering new places.
