A Remarkable Year of Achievement: Celebrating the Class of 2025

The Class of 2025 has marked a significant milestone in our College’s history with outstanding results in both the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) and the IB Career-related Programme (IBCP). These achievements stand as a testament to the cohort’s unwavering dedication, resilience, and focus throughout the examination process – truly exemplifying what it means to live out our Dulwich values in action.

IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Results

This year, 149 students completed the IBDP with a 100% pass rate, achieving an impressive average of 37 points, well above the global average of 30.58. The results include:

  • 3 students who attained a perfect score of 45
  • 30.2% of the cohort scoring 40 points or more
  • 25 students awarded the prestigious bilingual diploma

Melanie Ellis, Head of Senior School, reflected on the achievements, stating,

“This year’s results are once again a testament not just to academic excellence, but to the resilience and commitment of our students. From extended essays to Theory of Knowledge and CAS, they’ve embraced every challenge the IB demands. Beyond the numbers, we’ve seen remarkable personal journeys and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for each and every one of them. I hope they are now all celebrating.”

Nick Magnus MBE, Founding Head of Dulwich College (Singapore), shared,

“These outcomes speak volumes about the kind of learners we are proud to nurture. Our students leave us not only with exceptional results, but with a strong foundation of values and purpose that will serve them far beyond the classroom. A heartfelt congratulations to each student on their achievements and thank you to our dedicated academic staff who guided them every step of the way.”

Fraser White, Chairman and Founder of Education in Motion, added,

“The graduating students of DCSG have produced outstanding results. If DCSG selected only our top 60 students into the IBDP our average IBDP score would be 40. As it is with 149 IBDP graduating students, an average IB score of 37 is a remarkable result.”

IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) Results

Our IBCP students have also achieved outstanding results that reflect the strength of the programme and their own dedication:

  • 100% pass rate
  • All students have met the criteria to go to their first-choice university
  • 2 awarded scholarships at their chosen institutions
  • 60% achieved the equivalent of 4 or more A at A-Level*
  • 80% achieved the equivalent of 3 or more A at A-Level*

Commenting on the results, Head of Senior School, Mel Ellis, shares,

“We are incredibly proud of our CP students and their excellent achievements. These results are a testament to our students’ hard work and resilience, demonstrating a genuine strength of character. We celebrate their successes and look forward to seeing the impact they will make in the world.”

Founding Head of College Nick Magnus MBE reflects,

“These results are a powerful reflection of what IBCP is about, combining academic excellence with real-world readiness. To see all students meet the criteria to attend their first-choice university and two students awarded scholarships speaks to the strength of our programme, the dedication of our staff, and, most importantly, the strong work ethic and talent of our students. We are excited to see them take the next step and thrive in their chosen fields.”

The IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) blends academic study with practical, career-focused learning, underpinned by a strong values-based curriculum. This year’s success highlights the programme’s power to prepare students not just for university, but for life.

Charting Their Path Forward

As the IBDP and IBCP cohorts of this year prepare to take their next steps, we couldn’t be prouder of all they have achieved. Their hard work and commitment have earned them places at some of the finest institutions across the globe, where they will pursue an impressive range of disciplines – from engineering and medicine to the arts and international relations. This diverse and talented group embodies the spirit of our school (intellectual curiosity, purpose, and the drive to pave good fortune forward), and we are excited to see how they will continue to grow, contribute, and lead in the years ahead. The future is yours, and we are excited to see you shape it.
