- Leadership Starts Young at Dulwich College (Singapore)
At Dulwich College (Singapore), leadership isn’t reserved for just a few – it’s something every child can experience. Through the school’s well-established Junior School Leadership Programme, more than 250 students each year step into roles that encourage them to lead with confidence, compassion, and purpose.

From Sustainability Ambassadors and Library Monitors to Student Councillors and House Captains, leadership is embedded into everyday school life. Students are encouraged to explore their passions and develop key life skills such as collaboration, public speaking and initiative.
Highlights like Leadership Day and the Annual Leadership Fair give students the chance to reflect, apply for roles that inspire them, and celebrate the impact of their peers. Whether they’re leading a kindness campaign, collaborating with local organisations, or helping shape school decisions through the Student Council, students at Dulwich College (Singapore) learn early on that their voices matter – and that leadership comes in many forms.
