- Bachelor of Science (Honours), Colour and Polymer Chemistry, University of Leeds, UK
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education, University of Leeds, UK
Relevant Experience
Alison began teaching in the UK, starting her career as a secondary school Science teacher and moving on to become Partnership Director for a multi academy trust in the north of England, leading on assessment and student performance. In 2016, Alison made the move to international teaching as Assistant Head of Secondary at the British School in Tokyo, later becoming Deputy Head of Secondary. Although Alison’s specialisms are assessment, examinations and timetabling, teaching Chemistry is still what she enjoys the most!
Alison joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in August 2023. In her spare time she enjoys listening to music, travelling, watching documentaries and reading crime fiction.
