Relevant Experience
Alyssa joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in August 2025. She began her teaching career in London inner-city schools after a prior career in financial services. Alyssa then moved to an ISI-rated ‘Excellent’ international school in Romania, where she gained a teaching award for her contributions across the school community.
Alyssa is passionate about maintaining high expectations for all children across the curriculum, and believes that children will achieve their personal best when granted a supportive environment in which to thrive. She enjoys encouraging children to bring their own cultures and authentic selves into the classroom.
Beyond school life, Alyssa enjoys reading, swimming, hiking and other opportunities to step into nature. The creative arts also play a significant part in her life and she is a proficient pianist with prior experience leading Music, Art and Drama programmes.
