Relevant Experience
Helen joined Dulwich College (Singapore) in August 2022. She began her teaching career in London, working at a multicultural inner-city school. Helen taught Year 2 and took on the role of Sports lead. She then moved to another London school rated as outstanding and was there for three years as a Year 5 teacher and Computing Lead.
Helen enjoys sports, including netball and lacrosse. She has a passion for teaching Computing and wants to encourage more girls to take up computer science to improve gender equality in the sector.
Outside the classroom Helen enjoys swimming, cycling, running and gym classes such as Step Aerobics and Zumba. She spends her weekends and evenings going to the theatre, exploring new and interesting parts of a city, and travelling whenever possible.
