Orientation

Orientation Morning: 3 January 2025

This session is a drop-in session in our Performing Arts Centre providing a face-to-face opportunity to learn about College services (school buses, lunches, uniform, CCAs and tech support) and to help you with any final logistics so that you feel fully reassured ahead of the first day of school.

We would recommend that children come along with you. Children can dress casually and do not need to wear their school uniform.

Date Time Location
Friday 3 January 2025 9.00am to 12.00pm Performing Arts Centre, Level 1 Main Foyer

*Please note that there will be no students or teachers on campus during this time, as it falls within the school holidays. Your class teachers or Heads of Year should have contacted you earlier in December to arrange a virtual welcome appointment. More details of this are available below.

  • Registration and collection of your Parent security ID cards

  • Visit classrooms and know where to go and what to expect on first day of school.

If you are unable to attend the Orientation, our Admissions team will be able to arrange a separate tour with you in December or at a suitable time for you. To arrange this visit, please contact the Admissions team at [email protected].

Class Teachers and Heads of Year Welcome

For children going into DUCKS (Toddler to Year 2) and Junior School (Year 3 to Year 6):

  • Your child’s dedicated class teacher will be in touch with you in December to arrange a virtual welcome appointment.
  • If you are in Singapore and would like to arrange an in-person tour of the College, please contact the Admissions Team to schedule a convenient time. If your visit is during term time, there is also an opportunity to visit your child’s class and meet their teacher.

For students going into Senior School (Year 7 and above):

For families with students entering Senior School, there will be dedicated Head of Year talks. These sessions will introduce you to the course overview and expectations for each year group. The Heads of Year are also your key contacts for any questions or concerns regarding your child's transition into the College. These talks are done online and you can find timings and meeting links below:

Date: Monday, 25 November 2024

Time: 4.00pm SGT

If you have multiple children joining Senior School, please attend the session you’re most interested in; there will be other opportunities to connect with the other Heads of Year for any missed information. Alternatively, parents can choose to split up and attend separate sessions.
