Student Contract & Immigration Status

Please note that enrolment at the College is conditional upon the Student Contract being signed and the student in possession of a valid Dependent Pass, Student Pass, Singapore Permanent Resident or Singapore Citizen subject to MOE waiver.

Please ensure that Admissions is in receipt of a copy of the In-Principle Approval (IPA) letters for Dependent Passes and once available a copy of the cards themselves (front & back) including expiry date. For Student Passes, a copy of the pass (front & back) needs to be submitted prior to the start of school. Your child will not be permitted to start school if this information has not be provided before their first day.

The following students will require a Student Pass:

• if parents are Singapore Permanent Residents, but the student holds a Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP)
• if neither parent has an Employment Pass
• if students are not eligible for a Dependant Pass

The College will first register a child requiring a Student Pass with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), parents will then complete the application online. Student pass holders can only commence classes after the Student Pass ID has been issued. According to ICA’s requirement, Student Pass holders must meet the minimum 90% monthly attendance. Immunisation Requirements

Ministry of Health (MOH) introduced diphtheria and measles vaccination requirements as a prerequisite for foreign-born children aged 12 years and below who are first-time applicants for new immigration passes from the MOM or ICA.

You are required to submit documentary proof of vaccination or evidence of immunity for diphtheria and measles to the Health Promotion Board (HPB) for verification before you can proceed with their pass application to MOM or ICA.
