Why did you choose DCSG back in 2014?
I was aware of the Dulwich College name when I lived in China. Its reputation for strong academic performance and the well-rounded experience it affords its students was highly appealing. I was also impressed with the Dual Language offering and how strong moral values were in being articulated to the students. Therefore, when Dulwich College (Singapore) opened in Singapore, it was a no-brainer for us to enrol our child immediately.
In what way has DCSG impacted your family over the years?
We were quick to throw ourselves into school life and activities as soon as our child entered the College; therefore, we have many happy memories of our time over the years. I’ve also been profoundly influenced by the philosophy taught at the school and that has helped me guide my child at home.
What is your proudest moment at DCSG?
I’m always so proud to hear of Dulwich College (Singapore) students receiving international awards. I’m also always pleased that those I’ve introduced to the College give good comments and feedback.
What makes Dulwich special to you?
I am amazed at how the College has shaped my child’s growth and how our relationship has developed so beautifully through this journey. Now, we are closer than ever.
Can you describe the sense of community and connection you've felt with other Dulwich Families/Founding Families during your time at the College?
So many activities were organised early on by the College to connect us with the other new families; this really created a Dulwich family community from the get-go. I’ve found great friends with similar interests over the years, and those who have helped me in many ways, including learning to understand the College better.
