Why did you choose DCSG back in 2014?
The global reputation that Dulwich has is second to none and we were looking for a school that would build the best foundations for success as a human, as well as academically. When we met Nick Magnus, his ethos of what a great education should look like resonated with us. After that meeting, we didn't even contemplate another school.
In what way has DCSG impacted your family over the years?
In so many ways. But right at the top is that the Dulwich team has helped us navigate the ups and downs of parenting growing boys. We've been able to work with teachers and administrators to learn so much about this process.
What is your proudest moment at DCSG?
There are so many proud moments, and watching how the school has evolved gives me a great sense of pride as a founding parent.
What makes Dulwich special to you?
It's been a home for our boys. We feel safe and secure when they are there. In addition, the well-rounded education that the boys are receiving is so important for their development. The emphasis on values has been so important in what is a very complex geo-political climate presently. It is also important to mention that the management of COVID was handled so well by Dulwich that it is a testimony to how hard the team works behind the scenes to make the school so special.
Can you describe the sense of community and connection you've felt with other Dulwich Families/Founding Families during your time at the College?
We've met some very special families over the last eight years. Even if we aren't in touch all the time, we always seem to have each other's backs.
