The Parent Handbooks for DUCKS/Junior/Senior School contain comprehensive information on all aspects of the College. Please take time to read prior to the first day of term.
- DUCKS Parent Handbook 2020-21
- Junior School Parent Handbook 2020-21

Meet the Teacher and School Talks
Given the current restrictions around larger gatherings, we plan to host our Curriculum talks and Meet the Teacher sessions online, in the days before the start of the new term. Junior school will hold their Curriculum talks once we have started the new academic year. Should you not be able to attend the Curriculum talk, the presentation/recording will be posted on the Parent Portal. Details will be confirmed nearer the time. The Meet the Teacher sessions are designed to be informal and to give your child/ren the opportunity to meet their new class teacher/form tutor as well as ask any questions that they or you might have.
Student school ID cards will be issued on the first day of school. For new families, a temporary card will be available for collection from your oldest child's reception on the first day. The lanyards for the ID cards are colour-coded as follows: Red (Senior School), Blue (Junior School), Yellow (DUCKS), Bronze (Years 12 & 13 IB Programme), Green (Parents), Pink (New Parents), Black (Business Support Staff), Orange (Facilities Staff) and White (Visitors). For safeguarding reasons, the correct lanyard and identification card must be worn at all times when on campus.

As with all school buses in Singapore, the services are operated by a third-party provider, which for Dulwich College (Singapore) is Woodlands Transport (WTS). If you would like to register your child for the door-to-door school bus service, please complete the application form which will be available online from 18 July 2020 to 31 July 2020 at https://parent.schoolbus.solutions.
More information is available on the Guide to Bus Service document on the website under the Useful Documents section h at the bottom of the page, or contact email@example.com.
The Dulwich College (Singapore) student school identification card also acts as a payment card for the dining rooms and cafes around the campus. This card can be topped up via the machines located in the dining room or online on the Parent Portal (School Lunches tab). For younger children in DUCKS and Year 3 in Junior School, parents can select a fixed lunch from the menu.
Your Sodexo login and user guide will be sent to you the week before school begins so you can view menus, place orders and top up your account. If you have any special dietary requirements or for more information contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Students can also bring a packed lunch from home if they prefer, but please note we are a nut-free school, and parents are responsible for the food safety of packed lunches. All students are required to bring a labelled water bottle which they can refill from water dispensers as required.
All parents are required to complete the medical form and submit up to date immunisation records for their children before the start of term. Please note, Measles and Diphtheria are mandatory vaccinations in Singapore. New parents will be prompted to submit their medical form through the online Admissions system in mid-July. If you wish to discuss any additional medical support requirements for your child please contact email@example.com
Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs)
There is an array of activities that students (Year 2 and above) can choose to participate in from sports to robotics to sustainability clubs. Most of these are free, but some incur an extra charge if delivered by an external provider. Most take place after school (there is a late school bus option for registered school bus users) and some take place before school or at lunchtime. The list of activities will be available to view on the Parent Portal (CCAs tab – CHQ) in due course and the registration deadline is 24 August. For more information, please contact DCSG.CCAs@dulwich-singapore.edu.sg
